Our Conflict & Resolution Policy is designed to address and resolve a variety of potential issues in a fair, timely, and efficient manner.

  • Scheduling conflicts or attendance issues

Resolution Process: 

  1. Initial Report: Either party (client or candidate) may submit a concern by phone, email, or through our resolution form.
  2. Investigation: Our management team will review the matter within 24–48 hours, gathering statements and necessary documentation from all parties involved. 
  3. Mediation: A neutral representative will facilitate a resolution discussion to ensure each side is heard and respected. 
  4. Action Plan: Based on findings, a corrective action plan will be developed, which may include re-training, reassignment, replacement, or contractual adjustments. 
  5. Follow-Up: We will conduct a follow-up within 7–10 days to ensure the solution is working and that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
