             day 3: learning how to interview clients as a recruiter

             day 4: learning how to interview candidates as a recruiter

             day 5: Practice conducting an interview for either a client or candidate

Week 4: day 1: 30 min video closing a deal with a client

            day 2: 25 min video how to close a recruiting contract

            day 3: Practice closing with a high end client

            day 4: Team feedback session

            day 5: learning to Track deal closes

Week 5: day1: 25 min video Diversity Hiring

             day 2: Learn how to start the process of diversity hiring

             day 3: Practice the diversity hiring process from start to finish
